The outer is made of polyester and latex. This makes a resilient yet soft backing for the 100% Lambs Wool lining to be attached. The wool has a special treatment that allows it to be regularly washed. An added bonus is a wool cuff that covers the ankle for extra warmth.
When you use 100% lambs wool, you are using natures wonder fiber. Wool, unlike acrylics or other similar man made products, will absorb up to 30% of its own weight of moisture and yet still feel dry. Moisture is wicked away from feet so they feel dry and will stay warm.
